What is your return policy?

You can request a return for reasons such as product damage, both product and shipping package damage, product defects, missing parts or accessories, or if the product received is different from the order description.

Please initiate return requests within 7 days from the product delivery date.

For mattresses, we accept returns if they are damaged, defective, or different from the website images within 7 days of delivery.

If your product has a 30 or 100-day trial period offer, you can also request cancellation or replacement during the trial period, which begins from the delivery date.

Please note that for the mentioned return reasons, we will replace the order, and cancellation won't be allowed.
What items are not eligible for return and replacement?

Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, exposure to heat, improper usage, or a wet mattress.

Minor imperfections, including slight cosmetic flaws.

Stains, tears, burns, or discoloration resulting from usage or occurring over time.

Indentations, sagging, or body impressions less than 1 inch deep.
