What is your return policy?

  • You can request a return for reasons such as product damage, both product and shipping package damage, product defects, missing parts or accessories, or if the product received is different from the order description.

  • Please initiate return requests within 7 days from the product delivery date.

  • For mattresses, we accept returns if they are damaged, defective, or different from the website images within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your product has a 30 or 100-day trial period offer, you can also request cancellation or replacement during the trial period, which begins from the delivery date.

  • Please note that for the mentioned return reasons, we will replace the order, and cancellation won't be allowed.
     

What items are not eligible for return and replacement?

  • Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, exposure to heat, improper usage, or a wet mattress.

  • Minor imperfections, including slight cosmetic flaws.

  • Stains, tears, burns, or discoloration resulting from usage or occurring over time.

  • Indentations, sagging, or body impressions less than 1 inch deep.
